That's Vazquez at left. He works for Worley Parsons, an international energy company. "Most of my work has been at British Petroleum Alaska (BPXA) Prudhoe Bay Gathering Center 2. This photo was taken while on a visit to the Seawater Treatment Plant run by BP. The ice road actually leads to the BP North Star Island, an oil production facility in the Beaufort Sea."
